1. Open Google Multiple Ads, change the destination URL to your destination URL for all the ads.
2. Open Google Adwords Editor.
3. Click on the Campaigns Tab, Click on Add Campaign > Add CPC Campaign
   1. Enter "affiliatebling" for campaign name (without the quotes).
   2. Set a budget of $10 (for now)
   3. Enter $0.25 for Max CPC Bid
